Yoga & Mindfulness

          Teaching young children yoga has benefits such as helping children relax, improve memory and cognitive functioning skills.  It also helps focus within the mind and body requiring concentration of both. 

              Being present in the moment, children participate in our peaceful activities with joy. Mindful breathing and meditation activities bring their attention to their breath, helping children to be aware of themselves, others, the environment and the present moment.

                 Our yoga teacher works with our children, tailoring her methods to suit their ages.
