Immaculate Hudson is our Business Director. Her Montessori journey began 12 years ago with the birth of her daughter. She firmly believes that a Montessori environment is an ideal workplace where children are encouraged to go at their own pace, work collaboratively/individually, and spend time on materials they enjoy.

She completed her undergraduate with a major in Computer Applications and a Master’s degree in English literature. Immaculate holds a Montessori primary certification from American Montessori Internationale. She has worked in school settings in India and continues on her Montessori journey in the United States of America.

In her 10+ years tenure as an educator, she dedicated five plus years as a lead teacher, two years as an academic coordinator, and three years as a Director.

As she has grown into the role of a Montessori educator, she is backed by her wonderful family, her husband, and two children.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, jogging, spending time with her family, and actively volunteering in the local catholic church through roles such as being a Catechist, Eucharistic Minister, and Reader. The culmination of friendship and co-teaching with her business partner came together post covid, helping them start United Village Montessori School.

For Judy, our advisor, Montessori's philosophy is deeply ingrained in her approach to parenting and teaching. Her four-decade-long teaching career was inspired by her efforts years earlier to establish, for her own children, one of the first Montessori Children’s Houses in Maine.

For 26 years, she taught children ages 3 to 6 at a prominent New Jersey Montessori school, The Albrook School, in Basking Ridge. Judy studied under Nancy Rambusch, a founder of the American Montessori Society (AMS). She now teaches adult learners at the very same Montessori teacher training program, The Princeton Center for Teacher Education, distinguished for its devotion to authentic Montessori.

Now retired from the classroom, she continues to write about Montessori and work as a sought-after field consultant, instructor, and lecturer. She is a certified Early Childhood teacher by AMS and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Rider University’s College of Liberal Arts.
